Email address - to allow us to send you emails confirming your appointment date and time.
Phone number - to allow us to contact you at short notice if classes are cancelled.
Relevant medical information- this allows us to design classes appropriate to your needs. If you wish to share this with us, this is not required to book a class, however if given, the information is stored securely and only available to be viewed by your yoga teacher and will not be shared with any third parties -ever. Your privacy and security is very important to us. However, if you prefer not to have relevant medical data held on our secure system, please do share any relevant medical information, verbally, at the start of each class.
Acuity is used by us on a password protected web site accessed using a password protected laptop.
As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
Payment information is encrypted and stored on their secure servers. Hollistic cannot view any card or payment details at any time.
We may send you marketing emails through MailChimp. When you book an appointment the form you complete gives the option to decline newsletters and marketing information. You can also unsubscribe at a later date by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with MailChimp, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:
You’ve created a Customer Account
Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated
You’ve booked an appointment
You’ve cancelled or re-scheduled an appointment
It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages as they are part of the booking system and are for your class booking information confirmation and customer account management.
In compliance with GDPR directives if you are no longer a client your data in it’s entirety, will be deleted from Hollistic Fitness databases after 2 years. You may also request to see the data we hold about you, at any time, on our systems, with an information request to our email address. The response will be by email and the request fulfilled within 30 working days.
