You would like a more luxurious, personalised experience where the practice is tailored specifically to you and your needs.
You are new to yoga and would like some instruction before joining a class.
You have an injury, illness or other concern that needs some 1-2-1 attention.
You can’t find a class at a time that suits, you may need a different day/time each week depending on your other commitments. Private yoga puts you in charge, you can schedule your session at a time that suits you. Use the scheduler below but if you can’t find a time that suits, drop me an email here and we can figure something out!
You can also book exclusive use of the studio and then share the experience (and the cost!) with friends or family. Ideal for family groups or groups of friends who train together e.g. bring your running buddies!
