On 22 September I attended a mini retreat hosted by Ruth. This was my first dalliance into the world of holistic fitness for many years. Despite feeling a little daunted, Ruth immediately put me at ease. Her delivery, attention to detail, thoughtful and well delivered content suited me as a relative beginner alongside others who were more advanced. The pace and options offered allowed everyone to meet their own objectives. Although I took my own mat, everything was provided thus avoiding expense if trying for first time. After the session I felt exceptionally calm, refreshed and relaxed. Now Ruth has her own studio I will most certainly be in touch for my next “wellbeing uplift”.
