Classes at Strength & Soul

I teach Slow Flow Yoga twice a week with Strength & Soul at their beautiful studio.

Monday 7pm - 8pm

Friday 9.45am - 10.45 am

A slower paced flowing yoga class allowing time to really explore the postures and learn the fundamentals of bringing together breath & movement. Suitable for all levels, aimed at beginners.

You can book classes with me below (look for “Slow Flow”). You can also book other classes here with the lovely Jo Buchan.

It is possible to book 1 class or you can purchase a 5 or 10 class pass (see below). PLEASE NOTE - Class passes can only be redeemed against Strength and Soul classes at The Barn and not at other venues.
